As someone who has been training for a while, I had reached a plateau where I wanted to seek sound advice to overcome and improve. With a wealth of contradictory and confusing information available on the Internet, magazines etc I did some research to establish where help could be found that would offer a personal approach. I soon came across Jason’s website and contacted him to ascertain if he could help me with my goals. As soon as Jason replied it was very evident that he could and so I decided to take up one of his nutritional advice services. 

Jason then took the time to understand where I was currently, my diet regime and more in depth what I was looking to achieve. His passion, enthusiasm as well as the fact that he is genuinely an extremely nice person to deal with made me feel confident I’d made the right decision even before he had replied with advice.

When the tailored nutrition plan arrived I was extremely impressed with the level of detail and support information it provided, as well as the fact Jason answered any queries in the same friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable manner. Following Jason’s plan and advice I have overcome the issues I was finding and I will achieve the goal I discussed at outset, furthermore Jason provided advice and parted with knowledge that will enable me to continue to push my boundaries.

After countless attempts of starting off with a high body fat then bulking to get fatter and then dieting to get skinny fat, I knew I needed a change.

I had a few months of the ultimate training and nutrition package where I was taught how to gradually diet down without out loosing muscle mass and improving my lifts, (very important to me as I had little muscle mass to start with). I had a food menu with choices which made dieting a lot more palatable and a personalised training program with unlimited email support.

I'm by no means shredded, but i'm the leanest I've been and at a point where I'm healthy and happy and able to enjoy life and food whilst meeting my training goals of adding more lean mass in the future. 

I would recommend Jason as the email support was second to none even with being in a another country and timezone.
